bdt17 Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use services on the bdt17 platform, users must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Your account will not be fully activated until your age is verified.
• You must be a real individual and register in your own name. Registration on behalf of a corporation, trust, or any other entity is not accepted.
• Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Users are responsible for verifying their local laws on their own. Online betting occupies a legally ambiguous position in Bangladesh.

1.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, bdt17 may at any time request valid identity documents (national ID card, passport, or driving license) and proof of address for identity verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2 Account Management

The rules regarding the security and management of your bdt17 account are outlined below:

2.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

2.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or bank account), you must notify the bdt17 support team immediately. bdt17 will not be held responsible for delayed or failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

2.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for 12 consecutive months or more. An administrative fee may apply to such accounts. Contact support to reactivate.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following policies apply to financial transactions on bdt17:

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Depositing through a third party or using someone else's payment account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to a registered payment account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Funds tied to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on bdt17 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus and promotional offers on bdt17 are subject to the following terms and conditions:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The deposit must be at least ৳100 to receive this bonus. Once the bonus is credited to your account, a wagering requirement (wagering requirement) of 10 times (10x) must be met. If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games — see the details of the specific promotion.
• bdt17 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

5 Gaming Rules

All games on bdt17 are conducted fairly and transparently. The key gaming policies are outlined below:

5.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a neutral random number generator (RNG) technology or via a live dealer. No game result is predetermined or manipulated. Fair play is our core commitment.

5.2 Betting Limits

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or interruption, bdt17 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. Any abnormal outcome resulting from an error will not be considered valid.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software bots, automated systems, or hacking methods.
• Attempting to use another user's information or account.
• Attempting to break or bypass the platform's security measures.
• Registering by providing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or errors for personal gain and failing to report them.
• Betting on behalf of others or assisting others in placing bets.

If prohibited activities are proven, bdt17 reserves the right to cancel all balances and winnings and take legal action if necessary.

7 Limitation of Liability

bdt17 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is affected due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• If third-party services (payment gateways, game providers) are disrupted.
• In the event of unexpected technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure situations.
• If losses occur due to the user's own negligence or third-party access.
• Losses suffered by the user as a result of violating local laws.

bdt17's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount deposited by the user.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

bdt17 places the highest priority on protecting users' personal information. SSL encryption is used on the platform, which keeps all data secure.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

Information provided during registration and transactions is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations. Information is never shared with third parties without permission.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt17 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is covered by the intellectual property rights of bdt17 or the relevant licensor. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) is protected under their own intellectual property laws.

10 Changes to Terms

bdt17 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your agreement to the updated terms.

For significant changes, bdt17 may send a notification to your registered email address or through the platform. However, it is the user's own responsibility to stay informed about changes.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

bdt17 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide documents requested for KYC verification.
• The user's own request under responsible gaming initiatives.
• Instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Prior to account closure, any fair balance (excluding bonuses and those where full wagering has not been completed) will be returned to the user, unless the closure is due to fraud.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure
